Choose Business Entity!

Step 5 in forming a business properly is choosing a business entity.  You’ll want the liability protection of a business entity any time you’re doing any kind of business. 

You’re starting a business to make money right?  Well why risk everything you own unnecessarily? 

Putting a business entity between your assets and the public is just plain good business practice.
