LLC Disregarded Entity – What It Means!

You may have heard that sometimes an LLC can be considered a disregarded entity. What does that mean?

If you have a single-member LLC the IRS considers it a disregarded entity. What that means is that for tax purposes anyway, you basically file your taxes as though you were a sole proprietor.
